The End of Our Adventure with Ne Ne

Sadly, our time with Ne Ne has come to an end. We had so much fun with her while she was here and can't wait for her next visit. I can not thank her enough for coming to visit us. It really helped break up this deployment and allowed us to catch up on all the lost time we've had over the last 2 years being here. We were all super sad to see her go.

We had one last day of fun! Our agenda was to ride the Ferris wheel and spend the rest of the evening watching the sunset at Sunset Beach.

Ok, if you can't tell - Me and the Ferris wheel are not BFF's. I didn't know if I should pee my pants or puke! Going up was not a great feeling for me.

Even though we had this great day and beautiful sunset I was still choking back the tears. I knew that my time with my Mom had come to an end. I couldn't stand the fact that I knew when I woke up in the morning I was going to have to take her to the airport. I wanted to scream and cry like a baby. I don't think that it will ever matter how old I am, I will still always want my Mommy. I couldn't have asked for a better month with her. We enjoyed every moment together. So, Thank You Mom, thank you for everything. We will be waiting for your next visit. Love you!
