American Village

American Village is located down the street from where we live, in Chatan. It is surrounded by American bases, so it's no wonder how it got it's name. It has become one of the top places to visit by locals and tourists alike. The main landmark for the Chatan area is the GIANT Ferris wheel. When we first arrived on island everyone told us just to look for the Ferris wheel and go there. There is a ton of shopping, and restaurants and even Sunset Beach, all located in this area.
